Domestic Shipping

We offer Australia wide free shipping for orders above $500.
Orders for in-stock items are usually shipped from our warehouse in Sydney within 2 working days from receipt of your order.

Pre-orders
usually take between 3-4 weeks to be delivered; however orders can
often be delayed at customs or international airports, but our team will
do their best to deliver your order as soon as possible

All
domestic orders will be shipped by Standard delivery, which is 5-7
business days. Once your order has been collected by the couriers, we
cannot be held responsible for any delays that may occur. Please be
aware that dispatch and shipping times can be longer over seasonally
busy periods, such as Christmas, and promotional periods, and delivery
times cannot be guaranteed.

All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

Returns Policy

We do not offer refunds for change of mind but can issue you a credit note, valid for 6 months.
However,
should you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our
customer service team by email at info@curatd.au within 24 hours of
receiving the goods, and provide your order number or receipt and a
photo of the goods and the packaging it arrived in so that we can assess
your claim and get it resolved as soon as possible for you. Goods
assessed as faulty or damaged need to be returned to us within 7 days of
delivery. Items should be returned new, unused and in the original
packaging, no other packaging will be accepted. Returned items that have
been used will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
We
are happy to offer an exchange or credit note if you want to return a
purchase that does not meet your expectations. You will need to notify
us by mail at info@curatd.au, within 24 hours to advise that this is
what you intend to do.

Exchange Policy

To be eligible for exchange your item must meet the below requirements:
• Items need to be sent back to us within 7 days of delivery
• Items should be returned new, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. and in the original packaging.
• Returned items that have been used will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

Items must not be on sale. Items purchased with a promotional code or
discounted are deemed sale items and will not be eligible for exchange.

Please
send the goods back to us as soon as you have notified us of your
intention to return. Once we have received your return and determined it
to be in the same condition as it was sold to you we will notify you
via email with the approval of your return claim.
Please note if the
goods arrive back to us damaged or not in ‘as sold’ condition your
return will be rejected. Please ensure that fragile items are carefully
packaged for return in the same way we delivered to you. You may like to
consider purchasing insurance as we will not be responsible if your
return is not received by us. Please take care when sending items back
to us, as items lost in the post are your responsibility and we cannot
offer exchanges or credit notes on lost parcels. We always recommend
using registered post with a tracking number to avoid missing parcels.
Unless
your item is found to be defective or damaged on delivery, you will be
responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return and
exchange your item as our shipping costs are strictly non-refundable.
The same applies if you received free shipping with your original
purchase. We will either deduct the cost of the original shipping from
the credit note or you will need to pay the shipping cost to redeliver
the exchanged items.

GIFT CARDS

Gift
cards can only be redeemed for merchandise and not cash. If the total
amount on a gift card is not redeemed in a single purchase, the balance
remains on the gift card and can be redeemed on a future purchase.

Please note, Gift Cards are considered non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
